What You’ll Need:

  • 6 large egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 300 F.
  2. Boil 3 cups of water while your oven heats.

  • ¾ c. plus 2 tbsp. whole milk
  • 2-3 egg yolks
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs
  • Vegetable oil

  1. Melt your butter with the olive oil using a large skillet, then add in your chicken, nutmeg, ham, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

  • 16 oz. cold mascarpone cheese
