INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pre-made thin crust pizza shell, whole wheat or white
  • 5 ounces spinach, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 ounces prosciutto, cut into pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 4 eggs

If you’re looking for an easy, quick dinner to cook that will still be delicious, look no further than this egg, ham, and spinach pizza recipe. Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Place the pizza shell on a cookie sheet or round pizza pan. Cover the crust with the sliced spinach and drizzle it with the olive oil.
  3. Add the prosciutto, evenly distributing the pieces across the crust the top of the spinach. Put the parmesan and garlic on the top of the prosciutto. Sprinkle the oregano over the top.
  4. Crack your eggs and position a yolk on each quarter of the pizza.
  5. Bake the pizza for 10 to 14 minutes or until the spinach is wilting and the egg whites are fully cooked.
  6. Cut the pizza into four large slices and serve.
