new employees will receive three performance reviews during the first year of
employment, one at 30 days, 90 days and at the completion of your first year.
Employees will be eligible to receive increases at all three reviews.
County new hires will complete their 90 day probation period on a temp-to-perm
status through Performance Personnel.
